In my very first blog post, I talked about how I started using essential oils with the Premium Starter Kit (PSK). The PSK includes such an abundance of essential oils (11) and resources that it can be quite overwhelming knowing where to start. Admittedly, when I first received my PSK for Christmas I didn’t open it until New Years. Almost a good week! In hind sight, it seems fitting that I embarked on this new beginning with the new year. Anyway, I waited for the craziness of the holiday season to pass so that I could carve out some uninterrupted time to sit with my oils, diffuser, and product guide and start learning how it all worked.
Luckily for you, I’ve taken all the guess work out and created a “PSK Cheat Sheet” to help you dive into essential oils . The information comes from what I learned through my own research reading Young Living’s website, Essential Oils Pocket Reference, and from my “oily community”.
